Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) Leadership Initiates Transition Process. The Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) has recently concluded its elections, resulting in the election of a new set of leaders to steer the affairs of the association for the next two years. As part of the transition process, the current National Executive Committee has dissolved all Standing and Ad-Hoc Committees of the association, with the exception of the 2024 Annual General Conference Planning Committee. Additionally, the tenure of the Governing Board of the Institute of Continuing Legal Education has also expired and been dissolved. The dissolution of these committees is a necessary step in ensuring a smooth handover process and allowing the new leadership to establish their own committees and priorities.
