Nigeria recorded a total number of 245 new cases of people effected with coronavirus disease.

Covid-19 Update in Nigeria. On the 22th of May 2020, 245 new confirmed cases of people with coronavirus  disease were recorded in Nigeria bringing the total confirmed cases recorded in the country to 7,261.  According to the information we got from the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) in their tweeter handle confirmed the new figures above. According to them,  Lagos State recorded131 of the new cases , 16 from Jigawa, Ogun 13 , Borno 12 , while each Oyo,Kaduna, Ebonyi and Rivers states recorded nine each. Other states with new cases include Kwara with seven, Katsina with five, Akwa Ibom and Sokoto each with three, Bauchi and Yobe each with two. Anambra, Gombe, Niger, Ondo, Plateau, the FCT and Bayelsa, all recorded one new case each. According NCDC, The total number of recovered patients was put at 2,007, while 221 deaths have been recorded as a result of the virus.

18 persons tested positive for coronavirus yesterday in kaduna state .

The kaduna state ministry of health has recorded a new cases of coronavirus within a space of one day. 18 new cases  of COVID 19 were recorded yesterday,21st of may 2020.in kaduna state,14  of them where from kaduna north,2 from Zaria and one each from chikun and sabon- gari LGA. The information reaching us from the kaduna state government tweeter handle has it that: "Covid-19 UPDATE: 18 new cases were recorded today, 10 of whom are family members of one case. 14 of the new cases are from Kaduna North, two from Zaria and one each from Chikun and Sabon Gari LGAs".

Senator Enyinnaya Abaribe representing Abia South in the Senate has condnmed the flow entry of Alamajiris in the south East region amidst the COVID 19 pandemic.

The sanator representing the Abia south constituency in the Senate house has condnmed the idea of moving or allowing the Alamajiri's Entry to the south East state. Senator Enyinnaya Harcourt Abaribe,a Nigerian politician who was elected to the Abia-South Senatorial District of Abia State in the Senate of Nigeria since April 2007 till date. He holds the title Nwadiohanma Ngwa. Enyinnaya is an outspoken senator often contributing to debates on national issues. JUBILATION IN ENUGU AS TWO COMFIRMED CASES OF COVID 19 PATIENT S,HAVE TESTED NAGATIVE IN A RANDOM TEST CARRIED OUT IN THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH ENUGU,AMID 10 PREVIOUS COMFIRMED POSITIVE CASES .

Good news from the ministry of health department in Enugu state. The information reaching us from the Government of Enugu State updates on COVID 19, is that two amongst the 10 comfimed tested positive cases of COVID 19,have tested nagative and plans are been made for their release. according to the commissioner for health in Enugu state, associate prof,Obi Emmanuel in his statement,stated thus; Two COVID-19 confirmed positive cases in Enugu State have become NEGATIVE! THE FCT HIGH COURT SITTING IN ABUJA HAS AWARDED DAMAGES AGAINST THE NIGERIAN AIR FORCE FOR AN ALLEGED UNLAWFUL DETENTION OF An AIRMAN, CORPORAL BUKAR ADAMU.

An FCT High Court sitting in Fct,Abuja has awarded the of sum Three Million Naira(N3, 000,000) against Nigerian Air Force for violating the fundamental rights of airman, Corporal Bukar Adamu over alleged unlawful detention.  According to the information reaching us from the Justice delivery desk of Fct Abuja,the court made the order in line with the facts of the case presented before it. The court declared that the arrest and detention of the Applicant for over 324 days by the Respondent without charging him to court for trial is a violation of his right guaranteed under section 35(1) of the 1999 Constitution, which provides that every person shall be entitled to his personal liberty and no person shall be deprived of such liberty except in the situation permitted by law. Justice Jude .O. Okeke in the suit No: CV/1723/2018 gave the ruling in a fundamental rights enforcement action filed by the Applicant’s father, Bukar Buba, through his lawyers S.A Adukwu, Esq against the N
