Otu-Oka-Iwu Abuja Partner's with NLC to Promote Traditional Concept of Igba- boyi for the Advancement of Igbo Young Lawyers of Otu Oka-iwu Abuja
Otu Oka-iwu Abuja has partnered with the Nigerian Labour Congress (NLC) to promote the traditional concept of "Igba Boyi"/"Igba Odibo" for the benefit of young lawyers. The executive body of Otu Oka-iwu Abuja visited the leadership of the NLC to discuss how this partnership could benefit its members. Labour and Employment Law is a critical part of legal practice, and discussions on remuneration have been prominent in the Nigerian Bar Association. The President of Otu Oka-iwu, Abuja, Chief Chidi Udekwe, Stated that a seminar on labour engagement, practice, and procedures at the National Industrial Court would be a beneficial partnership for members.
