Otu Okaiwu Abuja Clears qualified candidate to contest in the scheduled Election Otu Oka-iwu Election.

Following the screening exercise conducted by the Otu Okaiwu Abuja Electoral Committee on the 12th of April, 2024, the organization is pleased to announce the candidates who have successfully cleared the screening process. These individuals have been deemed eligible to contest in the forthcoming OTU OKA- IWU ABUJA Executive Council Election, which is scheduled to hold on the 25th day of April 2024. Otu Okaiwu Abuja, a community-focused association, aims to promote unity, social welfare, sustainable development, and youth empowerment within the Abuja region.

NBA Abuja Branch Vice Chairman Secures Release of Two Inmates After Three Years in Custody

In a significant human rights intervention, the Vice Chairman of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), Abuja Branch (Unity Bar), and Chairman of the Branch Human Rights Committee, Ikemefuna Onyeka, Esq., has facilitated the release of two Inmates, Bali Joshua and Paul Sunday, who had been in custody since 2023 in connection with an alleged homicide.
