The Otu Oka-iwu community is overjoyed and immensely proud to celebrate one of its most distinguished sons, Prof. Celestine Uwakwe Abugu, on his recent appointment as the Dean of the Law Faculty at the prestigious University of Abuja. This remarkable achievement is a testament to Prof. Abugu's unwavering dedication, unrelenting hard work, and outstanding contributions to the field of law.

As a renowned scholar, legal expert, and administrator, Prof. Abugu has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership, vision, and expertise in his various roles.
