Enugu State Speaker of the House Assembly, Rt Hon Uche Ugwu, has taken a significant step towards fostering community development by sponsoring the Ojebe Ogene League 2023/2024 for his constituency, Udi North. This exciting football competition aims to promote unity, talent discovery, and healthy competition among the communities in the region.

The participating communities in this highly anticipated tournament include Okpatu, EBe, Umulumgbe, Abor, Auhum, Ukana, Ukehe, and Umuoka. These communities are set to showcase their football skills and passion for the game in a series of matches scheduled to take place from the 23rd to the 27th of December 2023.
The opening match of the Ojebe Ogene League 2023 will feature an exhilarating clash between EBe and Abor on the 23rd of December. The match will kick off at 3 PM and will take place at the Okpatu venue. Football enthusiasts and supporters from both communities are eagerly looking forward to this exciting encounter, which promises to be a display of skill, determination, and team spirit.

On the 24th of December, Ukana will face off against Okpatu in what is expected to be a thrilling match. The game will commence at 3 PM and will be held at the Awhum venue. Simultaneously, Umulumgbe will go head-to-head with Awhum on the same day at the Ukana field. This match, scheduled for 3 PM, guarantees an exciting contest between two communities eager to showcase their football prowess. The Ojebe Ogene League 2023 will continue on the 27th of December with a match between Ukehe and Umuoka. This clash promises to be a spectacle of talent and determination, as both teams battle it out on the field. The match will take place at the Okpatu venue, starting at 3 PM, and is expected to attract a large crowd of football enthusiasts and supporters.

The tournament will feature a knockout stage, with the winners of Group A facing the second-placed team from Group B, and vice versa. The winners of each match will then proceed to the final showdown, where the ultimate champion of the Ojebe Ogene League 2023 will be determined.

In from the Christianity perception,  the word Fruitfulness; means living a righteous life and bearing Godly fruits. Section 6 of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria,1999 (as Amended) puts the judicial powers of the federation on the different judicial bodies created by law. Before any Court can function it must derive its power from an existing Law. The Code of Conduct Tribunal, the High Courts of States, the Federal High Court, the National Industrial Court, the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court were all specifically created by the relevant dections of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, 1999 (as Amended). The Magistrate Courts, Customary Courts, the Elections Tribunals, the Investment and Security Tribunal, Census Appeal Tribunal, Tax Appeal Tribunal and even the the Judiciary Panels of Enquiry of the different States of Nigeria are creations of different enabling laws of those States which specifically created them. INTRODUCTION Over the years, contractual agreements now contemplate disputes between parties, hence dispute resolution clauses are couched into such agreement. However in carrying out this term of contractual agreement, arbitration amongst other non-adversarial Alternative Dispute Resolution has taken the lead. Also despite the avalanche of arbitration agreement clauses in agreements, the issue of challenge of jurisdiction of the arbitrator(s) remains a recurring dispute for determination in the Nigerian courts. For instance, if the arbitrators sought to resolve an issue beyond their competence, they could be restrained from doing so by the courts on the plea of any of the parties.
