Friends and well-wishers came together at the NBA Anocha Bar Center to commemorate a significant event - the inaugural colloquium in honor of the late Chief Charles Obegolu KSM. This gathering served as a testament to the profound impact and lasting legacy left behind by Chief Obegolu.
Among the attendees was Chief Emeka Obegolu SAN, a distinguished philanthropist and well-respected member of the legal community. As Chief Charles Obegolu's son, he shared heartfelt sentiments about his father's contributions to the world.

The primary objective of this gathering was to celebrate Chief Charles Obegolu's enduring legacies. In addition, the colloquium aimed to promote the significance of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), which has recently been enshrined in the Anambra State Multi-door Courthouse Law. The theme of the colloquium, "Alternative Dispute Resolution: A Pathway to Justice," aptly reflected the essence of the event and emphasized Chief Obegolu's commitment to seeking peaceful resolutions.

Throughout the colloquium, speakers and panelists delved into various aspects of ADR, exploring its benefits, challenges, and potential to revolutionize the legal system. The discussions shed light on the transformative power of ADR and its capacity to reshape the way disputes are resolved. By highlighting the importance of ADR, the colloquium aimed to inspire a broader adoption of this alternative approach to justice.
