No law or rule has been breached by those seeking to know the way about of our dear president.

If freedom of information is enshrined and provided in our constitution why should people be molested for questioning  the way forward of our mother land and the health status of our dear  president???  If the status of our president is not in conformity with the constitutional provision as to his health capacity,then justice should be done.
therefore waging  war with  people calling for the resignation of Mr president  is not in per with the constitutional provision with regards to freedom to make or hold opinion.
In my humble view; those  Seeking to know the health status of Mr president or his way about has not contravened any constitutional provision going by joint  provisions of sec 39(1), sec 40 and sec.145 of the constitution of Federal Republic of Nigeria.

NBA ABUJA BRANCH CONDEMNS THE ILLEGAL ARREST AND DETENTION OF SIMON AROMOSELE, ESQ. IN THE COURSE OF THE DISCHARGE OF HIS LAWFUL PROFESSIONAL DUTIES The Nigerian Bar Association, Abuja Branch (Unity Bar), strongly condemns the illegal arrest and detention of one of its members, Mr. Simon Aromosele, Esq., today by officers of the Inspector General of Police Monitoring Unit, Force Headquarters, Abuja, in connection with the discharge of his lawful professional duties.
