Her dedication and performance led to a promotion to Executive Head of Customer Value Management in 2018.
By 2019, Omotosho had risen to the position of Group Executive Head of Customer Value Management (CVM). In this role, she demonstrated strong leadership in strategic planning, budgeting, decision-making, resource allocation, and operational execution of all CVM initiatives across Africa. Her extensive expertise in customer value management played a significant role in driving subscriber growth and retention, contributing to the profitability of the business.
Omotosho's notable achievements within MultiChoice include her instrumental role in launching the group's highly successful "Step Up Campaign" and leading the FIFA 2023 World Cup CVM plans. These accomplishments underscore her ability to drive strategic goals and deliver tangible results.
