Governor Alex Otti Signs GADA Bill into Law, Paving the Way for Aba's Transformation.

The Governor also acknowledged the efforts of key individuals such as the Attorney General, Barr. Ikechukwu Uwanna, the SSG, Prof. Kenneth Kalu, the Director General of GADA, Mr. Uche Ukeje, and the Senior Special Assistant on legislative matters, Hon. Lukeman Ukara, along with all commissioners and senior aides who played a significant role in making this bill a reality.
