The Local Organising Committee (LOC) for the 2026 Annual Conference of the Nigerian Bar Association Section on Public Interest and Development Law (NBA-SPIDEL) has unveiled the official lodging directory for delegates. The Chief Justice of Nigeria, Justice Kudirat Kekere-Ekun, disclosed the development during the special court session marking the commencement of the 2026/2027 Legal Year on 12 October 2026. According to the Chief Justice, implementation of the Nigerian Case Management System commenced at the Supreme Court on 1 July 2026. The initiative is supported by practice directions mandating electronic filing of processes, records of appeal and other relevant court documents.
